From January,13, to February, 11, 2016, Paris will be host to the Contemporary Dance Festival “Faits Divers”, held each year at different settings of the French capital.

A great artistic event gathering renowned and young talented dancers to present 11 shows, in 7 different locations, inviting contemporary dance enthusiasts to some of the greatest performances.

The Faits d’Hiver festival will run through the Théâtre de la Cité Internationale, Théâtre de la Bastille, and the Tarmac among other settings.

Led by the artistic director Christopher Martin, the festival stands out as a nice reference for contemporary dance, and gives pride to new artistic creations.

The main focus of this edition will be on choreographies performed by many interpreters, with a special attention to female dancers.
